My redirect isn’t working

I can’t seem to make redirecting on my pages to work properly with Yoast.

Let’s say this is the page I want to redirect:
/shop/

When I visit /shop/ it will go to /woocommerece/ by default but I don’t want that.

I have added a redirect from:
/shop/
to
/store/

It will still redirect me to /woocommerece/ whenever I visit /shop/

What should I do? I have cleared my website cache, and cleared browser cache and have tried different browsers but nothing is working.
