My questions not getting calculated

    Hello,

    Hope you are doing great.

    I have two questions that are linked to my match. I also have set a score date. After setting user answers and running the ranking, it tells me no Questions to calculate while computing the scores and thus it does not show answers users provided and also does not add the score to their ranking total.

    Please advice.

    Are the score dates for both questions in the past?

    Hello,

    Thank you for feedback.

    Apparently it worked after the game was concluded. I suppose the scores for questions do not compute until the associated game is closed.

    The linked match should not have any influence on the question (other than where it is shown on the form). The calculation only checks the score date of a question and the ranking id to determine if it should be added to the total points.
