• Hello.

I’m trying to install the wordpress using quickinstall in cPanel.

But, it keeps asking me to enable the cookie (which I already try with 3 browsers.)

‘QuickInstall uses cookies to improve the quality of user experience on this site. To proceed, you must enable Cookies’

Could anyone please guide me what to do.

I’m a a very beginner for creating website. I try to search for a solution but I don’t really understand technical term and process.

I’m hosting my site with HG.

I have change my domain name, which I think it’s in the propagation period.

  • In Chrome, you can try the following to enable cookies:

    Select the Chrome menu icon.
    Select Settings.
Near the bottom of the page, select Show advanced settings.
In the “Privacy” section, select Content settings.
Select Allow local data to be set (recommended).
    Select Done.

I’m getting the exact same error and have tried on all 3 browsers (cookies are enabled of course) It used to work with Firefox but not anymore. What a headache, any ideas?

Craig’s instructions didn’t work for me.

I found that opening an “Incognito” window did the trick. Total shot in the dark, but it worked.

    Cheers.

    I did what austinbeals57 suggested.

Ctrl+Shft+N while inside chrome will open an “Icognito” window. I then copied and pasted the web address and it worked.

Clearing the cache and resetting the browser may work too.

    Incognito worked for me too!
