Hello everyone, I have a problem, when you click on a product, it opens the page and the description with the cover goes below the header. When you add one product to the cart it shows a small banner with “view cart” and also that stays below the header without being clickable and obviously i need to fix this. I cannot find a place in the program where to instruct that the content of the shop must be always below the header and not below. Thanks for any help

  • Hello ?? (@draeke23,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand that you’re experiencing an issue with your product descriptions and view cart banner displaying under the header.

In most cases, this problem is usually due to a theme issue, but we’ll help troubleshoot all possible options.

To troubleshoot this, you can try the following steps:

    1. Temporarily switch to a standard theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four to see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, the problem lies with your theme, and you may need to contact the theme developer for support.
    2. If the issue remains, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is resolved. If it is, reactivate the plugins one by one until you identify the one causing the conflict.

Let us know how this goes.

Hi, it was the transparent header setting. If anyone wonders with the ASTRA theme, if you set transparent header, the pages go up inside the header itself. By disabling this and selecting the same colour as the background page, it fixed the issue and visually stayed the same. Cheers and thanks for the advice of disabling the plugins, that lead me to disable unneeded things but also lead me to revise more design settings and ultimately fixing the bug ?? !

    Hi @draeke23

Glad to hear that @ckadenge was able to help you here!

Just a heads-up, if a plugin or theme is causing conflicts but you still need their features, we recommend reaching out to the plugin developer for help. Sometimes, they need to update a patch to work with the latest updates or other plugins.

In case anything else comes up, feel free to?create a new topic. ??

Also, if you have a minute, we’d love it if you could leave us a review:
