    I am sorry to hear about the problem.

    As out of the box WooCommerce does not come with a Facebook synced integration, are you using a third party plugin to have this feature?

    It is possible that the plugin is not yet compatible with WooCommerce. You can get in touch with the plugin developer and let them know the problem. They should be able to fix the problem according to the new update.
