Would you please be able to take a look at your feed file for me? You can find it in wp-content/uploads/facebook_for_woocommerce and the file will start with product_catalog and will be in the CSV format.

Would you please let me know if your products are properly showing up in the feed file or if this data is outdated?

Thanks so much for that. Looking at your data sources, it says to upload the feed file to update. While this should be automatic, would you please try uploading that CSV to the data source side on Facebook and let me know if that helps to populate your shop?

Hello, i already solved the problem. I used the schedule feature on data source. I link the CSV file and make it automatically upload for every 1 hour. Do you have alternative solution

The feed should automatically sync every 15 minutes or so. Are you using the latest version of our plugin? We just released version 2.2.0 the other day.
