My Premium SEO is not working in produts

I have 2 issues:
1. It seems i cannot update my SEO premium plugin. my current version is 3.0.7
2. It seems my SEO interface in all of y pages and products turned inactive…

I couldn’t find your email or the premium support. appreciate if you can share it.
