    For whatever reason Post SMTP has stopped working. I’ve already checked the Email Settings in my Woocommerce Email New Order section. Everything is in order.

    When I go to the Post SMTP Email Log, I see that none of my New Order Confirmations are gong out nor at my Contact Us Email Inquiries. All statuses say “Authentication failed”.

    When I try to Resend these all I get is a pop up saying “Email could not be resent. Error: Authentication failed.”

    What do I do?? (My Post SMTP plugin does not need an update.)

    Hi @keving10,

    A few questions:

    1. What SMTP provider are you using? E.g. own server, Gmail, Office 365, etc
    2. Has (or could) the password have been changed on the SMTP mail account?
    3. Have you made any changes to your website hosting server, or mail server recently?
    4. Have you run a connectivity test in the plugin settings to ensure PostSMTP can ‘see’ your SMTP server?
