My post opens into one of my pages

  • Hello! I’m a first-time, very novice blogger. I’m just about to launch my site, but now find that when the post on the homepage opens, it switches to/opens one of my pages rather than the post. My homepage display setting is set to show the most recent post–it DOES show the beginning lines of the post, but opens a page after selecting “continue reading.” Help?

    Unfortunately, the site currently shows a “Comming Soon” page, and not the real site you’re building. So I’m still unable to see what the problem is and give you tailored advice.

    I know your site may not be finished… but could you temporarily turn off this “Coming Soon” page so I can see the real problem and assist you?
