My Post and Pages Are Not Showing

Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting. If this works, then review Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.

are you using static page if so did you create blank page for your blog and select static pages in Settings Reading

In Settings Reading you need to select Home page as front page and select Blog as post page.
