My popups content got lost with version 3

Hi,

With the upgrade to version 3 all my popups content got lost.
Only the header of the popup was kept in place.

In addition, there’s no option to select the popup for each post/page.
The option is on the popup config page but it doesn’t let you select both posts and pages.

What have happened?
Do I need to rebuild my popups from scratch?
