My pointer is now a small hand

I’ve no clue when this started. But what should be the pointer whilst hovering your ‘mouse pointer’ over non linked items is a smallish hand.

When hovering over links and such it then becomes the ‘standard’ finger pointing hand.

Anyone know how I can over-ride this? That is, turn it back to the widely acceptable standard?

Would it be a Custom CSS entry or what?
