My plugins suddenly cannot create needed directory

  • Recently my plugins have been failing due to not being able to create a directory they apparently need during install. I have tried several things with absolutely no luck, such as changing permissions etc… and these used to be able to update just fine before. Has something happened out there recently I should know about? Ideas? Your help would be greatly appreciated!
