My password resent link doesn’t work. It says “page cannot be found” Help!

    I didn’t do anythng to my site.
    I might have added some plugins but didn’t get any errors when doing so

    What could be the issue?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I just checked the lost password button link from default wordpress login page as well as my account page of woocommerce and found it working from both sides.

    Here is the screenshot attached.

    Please let me know if the issue is solved already.

    If I go to the login page of your site and hit “lost password”, I do get to that page correctly.

    Perhaps that was a temporary problem? Or did I misunderstand where in the password reset flow you see a problem? (Obviously, I don’t come further than “invalid user or email”)

    Some “security hardening by obscurity” plugins may try to move the login page, etc., to a different URL. But that does not seem to be the case here.

    If you still have the problem, you can try to use FTP to temporarily rename the directory /wp-content/plugins or specific plugin directories in order to not have them loaded.

    I figured it out.
    It was an outdated SSL plugin
    I updated it and all is good now.
