Hello, I love the plugin and reached out a couple of weeks ago about a problem I was having when members logged in. I am using PM Pro with Divi to create an online academy. Occasionally when members login, the font in the header changes and the background in one area of the page changes from red to white. I disabled a plugin in the past and thought it had been fixed, but the problem seems to be persisting. I can send you two images but see nowhere to attach here. One is the way it is supposed to look with the side ‘profile’ area in red. The other is how it alters. If you could help with understanding how to fix this, I would be deeply grateful. I am happy to give a membership if needed for the sake of looking at the page. please just let me know.

    Hi there,

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

Which plugin are you referring to? If you deactivate Paid Memberships Pro does the issue persists?

By default we do add some CSS classes to the HTML elements but do not style them by default. This gives Add Ons/developers flexibility to style content based on if the user has access or not.

We do need a bit more information about your site setup. Such as what plugins are you using? Does this issue persist if you temporarily change your theme? Do you have any custom code running on your site (including custom CSS)?
