    Paul,

    It looks like you are using something called Superfish for your menus. The plugins are made to work with the standard WordPress functions or widgets. You’d probably have to modify your theme code or the Superfish code to have it use the different orders. Since it is a premium theme I won’t be able to offer much more help than that.
