    Please find my answers below-
    1.If you disable guest post there will be nothing shown.
    2.In pro version you will able to change from name and email in email notification settings.
    3.In pro version you can set up email piping(If your hosting provider support),so that he can reply to ticket and it will be updated in that thread.
