My own PHP scripts integrate into WordPress.

Hi All ,

I have developed a basic php application which grab some data from a mysql database and display on a HTML page. I want to put this code into wordpress . I have gone through the wordpress forum and found few post regarding such requirements. As I new to wordpress , its a bit difficult to understand.

Can somebody help me ?
