My own IP got blocked

    I wanted to log in to my wp admin page and, even though I enter my email, passowrd and the Google Autheticator code that Defender asked, I got blocked.

    My IP got blocked and I can not log in to my account or visit my own web page. I haven’t received any notification to my email either.

    Please solve this.
