My own IP blocked (WordFence)

    Hi. I’m having a problem with my own IP being blocked from my site. My host told me to scan for malware, so I downloaded WordFence and the site came back clean. Unfortunately the problem is continuing. They’ve now told me it is caused by (where xxx is my IP):

    Enter IP address:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
    DELETED from table: f2b-httpd-ddos rule num: 15

    Can WordFence help with this? I don’t have enough knowledge to decode the problem itself, so any help you could give would be appreciated.
