    Hello,
I’ve run some tests and it looks like your plugin considers that there is only one package per order.
If I have 2 products in the cart, I get a quotation for that order as if the 2 items where in one package.
But the reality is that the 2 items will be sent in 2 packages (one for each item). UPS will have to manage 2 packages and they charge me for that.
On the UPS website when I look for a quote and I can declare and describe the number of packages.
I guess that their API allow multiple packages quotes.
How can your plugin send the information (one package per item) to UPS API ?
Is there an option for that? Can I had some custom code to my functions.php file ?
    Thanks.

  • Hi,

This is how it works in the free version, and unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a solution in it.
The option of choosing which packages you want to use is available in the PRO version. Information about it you may find in documentation.
