• After a client sends a quote request, i can see the orders on my woocommerce orders page, after that i change the status of the order to pending payment and procced to fill the prices then send the info to my client.

    The problem is that after a certain amount of time, aprox 24 hours the system automatically changes the status from pending to cancelled.

    Any clues on how to fix that in order to keep the status as pending untill our client decides to pay? regards

    Hello,

    NP Quote Request WooCommerce is not able to answer all support requests for a few weeks.

    Cyrus, the developer and support for the plugin, has been sick with covid for the month of April and is now in the hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery and be back actively supporting this product. It’s just going to take some time–probably a few weeks.
