I have an optin get response form which keeps bringing up this error. Couldn′t verify submission, please reload.

I have to keep refreshing the Form (and force refreshing) within wordpress so it works for users but in this process I have been losing potential customers.

    Hi Kpezzi2023,

Thanks for your message. I will be happy to help.

Can you explain further what you mean by – “I have to keep refreshing the Form (and force refreshing) within wordpress”?

Are you using any caching/speed plugins? Often these will cause the issue you are describing.

    All the best.

Hi, I mean I have to keep logging into wordpress to the optin form plugin form and refresh it using shift+command+R. If i don′t do this every couple of hours then the form brings back the issue of Couldn′t verify submission, please reload and I keep losing subscribers and potntial customers.

I do not know hwta caching/speed plugin is. I am using optin form by get response plugin.

    Thanks

    Hi Kpezzi2023,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Many websites will have a caching plugin installed. Or check with your hosting provider to see if they are caching your website. I would start by eliminating this possibility. Often this is the cause of the issue you described.

If there is anything else, don’t hesitate to get back to us.

    All the best.

    Hi Kpezzi2023,

    Thanks for your reply.

Caching plugins generally try to improve your website’s load speed/make it faster.
You can try deactivating that plugin, then refresh your opt-in form page again as you did before. Then come back in a few hours/days and check if the issue still happens.

If there is anything else, don’t hesitate to get back to us.

    All the best.
