• I started using FluentCRM because I needed to test out a new solution for one of my non-profit organization clients. They needed something that would integrate well with PaidMembershipsPro, and ideally, that would allow them to stay within WordPress. The organization was having trouble training their volunteer staff to use all the different tools. With FluentCRM, the volunteers didn’t have to leave WordPress and log into yet another 3rd-party platform. I ended up moving my own list over to FluentCRM, too. Sure, there are still some things I like better about other email marketing platforms, but I have no regrets about moving my list. The best part is that the plugin keeps getting better and better.
