my newsletters are not sent

    I just created a newsletter but it hasn’t been sent. A month ago the same thing happened, and the newsletter I was trying to send hasn’t been sent yet. Can you help me please?

    Hi, you should check the newsletter list page: is it reporting “sending 0/nnn”? And what is reported in the status panel?
