My new website is extremely slow

    I am new to all this but I have managed to set up a website and online store for a new venture. I have two problems that I need support with – the first is my site is extremely extremely slow to load pages and images on the website. I have looked at some support guides online, but since I am not very tech savvy, I cannot understand them.
    The second thing is that the website is saying that I am not using a secure connection.

    Can anyone help me with these two issues – the website is almost ready to launch and I can’t do so if it’s going to be this slow.

    Your site says it’s not using a secure connection because you haven’t installed a SSL certificate for the domain. You should start by purchasing SSL for your website – your host should be able to help you get it installed. https://www.blacknight.com/security/ssl/ These days that’s pretty much requisite online. You won’t get listed on many search engines if you don’t SSL, and most people will refuse to visit your site.

    Get an SSL certificate installed on your server for liludesigns.ie, then maybe tackle the speed issues, in that order. ??
