My new page not display

Hai

I’m converting my html site to wordpress site,

I have splited my index files to
header.php
siderbar.php
footer.php

And transfer through ftp then i activate,
The index page works fine.
When i create new page for about_us, the page is not displaying
It shows index page. For all new page it shows only index page

And how to give to link to content

What is the problem?
Is there problem in my index page or about us page?

Can any one give the solution? Its urgent I’m working for my client
