My multisite has crashed

My multisite network crashed today when I actived w3cahe plugin. When i try logging in again I got the following message:

“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 523800 bytes) in /home/fruitfu1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/site-wide-text-change/site-wide-text-change.php on line 173”

Can anyone help me out.
