My Money is on this Plugin Doesn't Consider Cached Pages

I notice A LOT of plugins when doing their thing always forget that most sites make use of caching tools/plugins and so when they run plugins like this Block Country it renders the action useless. Not sure why 99% of plugin writers forget this obvious fact. I havent checked your plugin yet but my guess is you forgot too. I will donate $100 if you included a feature in this current version that watched over incoming ips just before a cache engine does its thing. Let me know!
