MY MONEY IS NOT BEING DEPOSITED

Hello, I’ve reached out to support, posted here, and NOBODY is getting back to me on this issue. I’m using Woocommerce Payments. In the Payments tab it shows two purchases, one on March 29th and the other April 6th. It also shows that the money was scheduled to deposited on April 6th and April 13th, respectively, but the status is still “estimated” and no deposits have been received by me.
It is April 22nd now and I have nobody to tell me why, or how I get my money. Nobody has responded to say there’s a bug, or that they’re working on it even. I’ve only received the automated reply that states my support ticket was received – 2 days ago!!!
If Woocommerce is going to offer payment processing, they need to have customer support explicitly for that app. It’s scary having money being held hostage and no assistance. How can anyone trust Woocommerce Payments under these circumstances? Please somebody help!
