Hello @emilrueh thanks for your topic. I would be happy to help you with this. I can see that from your testing on mobile I can see you are using an Android device. Would you be able to confirm which device this is?

When testing on my own Android device the stories look okay but would be great to test using the same device.

Which browser were you using when testing?

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks for confirming the device. Could you confirm which browser on that device you were using when you get this issue?

Thank you for the information. I have also been able to reproduce the issue you have pointed out. As you mentioned this is when viewing the Web Story on the Samsung browser which is not a support Web Stories browser.

Unfortunately we are unable to do anything about this as it is not supported but I can confirm with you that Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, and Opera are all supported by Web Stories and checking your story on these browsers I can see it looks good can you confirm this from your side also?

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello, can not confirm. Opera looks just the same. Also this was fine on both browser prior to the last updates.

Thanks for the information. We are looking into this and will get back to you as soon as we have more information.

@emilrueh thank you for your patience on this while we investigated and tested.

This issue seems to be related to a feature in the Samsung browser that lets users customize their font size in the browser settings:

The feature basically overrides whatever font size was set by the webpage. We tried some often mentioned workarounds to disable it, but none seemed to work.

I have created an enhancement GitHub ticket for this but there is no timeframe on when this will be completed. Please follow this ticket for updates in the future.
