My menu has frozen somehow, er, help please?

  • Hi All,
    I’m using the 2010 theme on my links site and its been going pretty smoothly for a couple of months now, but suddenly the main menu has partially frozen. I can edit the menu words that make up the page titles, but the way it usually lists them alphabetically and automatically is no longer working (ie I can change a name and before the menu would reorganize itself to move the page name to the new alphabetical position, but it no longer does this ie see page one is now has the number 7 on it and it should have moved but it hasn’t).

    Additionally I can no longer make additions to the menu, if I create a new page the name won’t appear in the menu.

    I’ve been finding new plugins that help SEO, so I’ve been doing other work on site such as SEO and editing, but nothing directly with the menu, so I’m stumped.
    Any suggestions much appreciated.

    I just wanted to ad that I deactivated all the plug ins that I installed but it made no difference, so now they are reactivated, thanks Roger

    Still frozen but accessible, so please consider this closed now, probably caused by excessive plug ins. thanks rjwnz
