    Update:

    I’ve noticed that when I choose a variation, the variation image populates the way it used too (as in when you choose a variation, the layout looks like it used to) EXCEPT a large main image is still above everything.

    I just updated to 3.8.1.5, reset my options and reactivated SVI, but the problem is still there (also cleared out my cache).

    Hi,

    Yeap, your theme is catching a hidden image I have and cloning it to show, that’s the reason.
    Let me see if I can prevent that somehow.

    Thanks,
    David

    Add this to your, css:

    div.product > a {
        display: none!important;
    }

    Get back to me if it solves…

    thanks.

    It sort of does, now the large image that was showing up above the actual space for the product image is gone…but the image that should show up by default is not there, the only image visible is one of the small variation thumbnails. Then, when I put in a variation, it looks like it should. I attempted to set a default variation value on one of the products as a test, but that just ended up giving me a completely blank image area (with no thumbnail either), and when I changed the variation, it again looked as it should, but now there were two small variation images under the main image, stacked…weird.

    I know why its happening, the thing is that if I change if it will completely screw up hundreds of other themes.

    Give like 30min to have a fix..
