My lotties are not displayed

  • Hello to all,

    I am currently working on a new page for my site and I have included some lotties. I’m using the Divi theme and so I’m using the Divi Supreme plugin. On my visual builder, I can see the lotties displaying and animating but when I switch to private browsing to see my page, the lotties do not display and this is also the case on my iphone.

    Note that: I see my lotties on safari iphone but not on chrome iphone… I tried to access my page on an android via chrome and same thing, they don’t display…it’s really strange!

    Do you have a solution to this? Thanks in advance!
