My logo has disappeared

    Hi there,

    Is there any reason that an image should disappear while using your Converter for Media plugin?

    My logo has disappeared from my website and I tried uploading it again but it still not appearing on the website.

    I believe its the Converter for Media plugin that is responsible but I am not 100% sure. If I deactivate the plugin will I lose all the convertered images?

    Hello @tallmale,

    Thanks for your message.

    If you disable the plugin, the converted files are not deleted. When deactivating a plugin, only the rules in the .htaccess file are removed. Converted files are deleted when the plugin is uninstalled.

    If this plugin Converter for Media is responsible for making my logo image disappear is there anything I can do to fix this while keeping the plugin active?
