I think the url you have been given is wrong.

I get this URL and the admin username and password in the email. so it must be right, and i did open and log in in this URL.

Have someone (your boss?) contact support at page.ly and help you with your account and your temporary domain name issues.

I’m pretty sure you don’t have the same problem as Chivomusic. Your issue is due to a temporary domain name that was assigned to your wordpress account for development by your host. I’m 99% sure you are going to have to contact your host for help with it.
