My Links barley work

The links that go to web pages outside of my wordpress seem to barley work. I often have to click them a few times for them to do anything, and if they do work they take much longer than normal links to open.

whenever I copy the link location or press open in new tab they seem to work fine. What would be causing something like this, I have tried reentering my links a few times and they always seem to do the same thing.
