My Life Theme

Hi, I have recently downloaded the ‘My Life’ Theme.
Just wondering if anyone can enlighten me, the theme does not have a header image? Is this correct?
I have two ‘customise’ under appearance section, both leading to the same thing.
It does not have a custom css? Does this theme have one?
I can’t change the header color from the customise area? Only the background color.
I am not sure if the theme has not installed properly, if there is a plugin interfering, but I have deactivated all plugins and nothing has changed.
