    I’ve been using this service for several years and recently found out it was no longer working. Please advise, I cannot push a button to restart it.

    I already have authorized the emails that I use to send and receive, and I have also verified the domain. I have copied the password and validated the password many times but I still cannot send emails or validate the account. This is over a week ago… ;(

    Can you tell us which email address links to the account containing the key you’re currently using as I can see several keys on different accounts?

    The email [email protected] is no longer active. It can be removed.

    The email with which I manage the account is [email protected], and the email [email protected] is the one I use within the site to manage all communication with clients with MailPoet.

    Thank you very much for your support, everything appears active and green, however when I create an email it does not let me activate it, this message continues to appear:

    Below the activate button, it only allows me to “Save as draft and close”

    I already updated the activation key but it continues without allowing us to activate the emails we are creating… ;(
