My images wont show on hompage?

Hi there
Having trouble with images.
They won’t show on homepage view (see the top post here for example: https://startupremarkable.com/ )
But the image will show from full post view: https://www.startupremarkable.com/david-vs-goliath-startups-pitching-to-the-big-guys
Any ideas how to fix?
