My image is not converting it’s showing ERROR ?

@mateuszgbiorczyk I’m running into the exact same error, and didn’t see a solution here despite the post being marked resolved. I don’t know how to screenshot the long Help Center page, but did print it to a PDF. Is there a way to upload that to you?

@3242fwefe Please download the latest version of the plugin – 5.6.1 and convert the missing images again. This issue has been resolved in the latest update.
