Just means your browser cannot find the image at the path your HTML says it should.

I’m assuming this is the problem image:
HourglassBalancedCover35%.png

You cannot use special characters like a % sign in a file name / path.
Change that, re-upload, and try it out.

Also, nothing like +, -, =, &, $… just stick to alphabet and numbers, and I recommend using “-” or “_” instead of spaces.
