    It may have been removed as spam… that “forum” is pretty much hidden and deprecated.

    The best way to get your stuff into WordPress is to make a plugin and submit it to the repository. If you get traction and build a user base, then create a trac ticket to suggest that it be considered for core.

    and it got deleted, it was about incorporating instant page (my library) into WordPress core.

    Oh yes that was deleted for looking like spam.

    People who use ideas to self-promote THEIR library are, 99.999% of the time, spammers. You should do what Steven said.
