My hosting company does not support utf8 permalink, any plugin can help?

    I write blogs in both Chinese and English. However, my webhosting company (startlogic.com) does not support utf8 codes on permalink. Hence, unfortunately, all my chinese posts permalink are set to default – the ulgy permalink.

    I tried ‘Custom Permalink’ plugin, for some reasons, it does not work and keep giving me ‘page not found’ error whenever I tried to change the permalink to English title instead of uft8 or default. I am still waiting for the plugin author to reply me.

    Does anyone know if there is a way out? Or any permalink plugin that can help more SEO?
