Hi!
Here are some suggestions to consider:
1. Before you do anything, grab yourself a plugin or service (if your host provides it) to create site backups. It’s my #1 recommendation to everyone. It can bail you out when you need it most.
Once you have backups in place, and you’ve made a backup, you could consider the following:
2. Deactivate your other plugins, one at a time, to see if a specific plugin is causing the issue. I’m less concerned about Yoast, Akismet, and SiteKit (so I recommend doing those last).
3. If you end up deactivating everything and still have an issue, you can do the same with a theme (this is why a backup is important). You could change. your theme to a default WP theme, such as “twenty twenty-one”. ALTERNATIVELY see #4
4. You could repost your topic to the OceanWP Theme support forum here:

Please do not make changes to your site until you have backups working.
