    “I have the ‘Kadence Blocks’ plugin installed on my website, and when updating it and entering the Home page, it only happens there.

    It stays blank, and I can’t edit anything.

    It only happens on the Home page, and it’s been happening for a few months.

    I’ve been updating it, but it’s not resolving. Does anyone else have this issue?

    What can I do?

    Thank you.”

    Hello @juansaez10,

    Sometimes, when a site doesn’t have enough memory available to it, the editor will remain white and content won’t load. can you check your PHP memory limit at Tools > Site Health -> Info -> Server and let us know what yours is at?

    Hello @juansaez10,

    Does the problem happen when you disable the Kadence Blocks plugin? Also, do you have access to debugging logs? Do you find any errors anywhere when you receive the white screen?

    Thread Starter juansaez10

    (@juansaez10)

    When I deactivate the plugin, it works fine. I don’t know how to access the debug logs, and I don’t understand the white screen errors. I don’t have much knowledge

    Hello,

    Here is some information about debugging. Alternatively, you could use plugins like Query Monitor to see if there are PHP errors as you navigate through your page. However, you should enable debugging in the wp-config file to preserve the logs after you’ve triggered the problem.

    (@juansaez10)

    I don’t understand such things, sorry.

    Hello,

    If you manage to obtain the logs and find an error, please let us know to continue troubleshooting.

    Hello.

    “I have installed the WP Debugging plugin and I am encountering this error:

    Warning Undefined array key “submit-nonce” wp-content/plugins/disable-update-notifications/index.php:36 1 Plugin: disable-update-notifications”

    Plugin Support Gilbert Hernandez

    (@ghernkadence)

    @juansaez10

    The problem is triggered by the disable-update-notifications plugin. The “submit-nonce” problem could be related to a caching setting. Do you use something like Litespeed cache with a plugin to disable update notifications?

    Thread Starter juansaez10

    (@juansaez10)

    Yes, I use the “LiteSpeed Cache” plugin and I have “LiteSpeed Web Cache Manager” enabled on my server. What can I do?

    @juansaez10

    Have you already tried deactivating the LiteSpeed plugins?

    For initial troubleshooting, please could you do the steps listed in this article https://www.kadencewp.com/blog/how-to-troubleshoot-your-website?

    This will help rule out these usual causes of WordPress issues.
