My header need your help.

hi, i’m creating wp site for as a volunteer for a non profit project. i’m using theme being used on this website:https://www.visuelya.de/wlmeu/?page_id=12

i want to remove this photo banner, so i deleted its plugin which cimy header image rotator but now i want to add a second logo on right side of header and also .
