My header image disappears every other day

    I love the theme, but every other day the header image disappears and once, even the favicon went missing and I had to reinstall it. I don’t know what is going on. Could this be a glitch?

    No, this issue isn’t related to the theme. Header image and favicon (site icon) upload are handled by WordPress itself and this is working fine for other users and we also can’t reproduce any issues.

    It’s possible that you are running plugins that are causing conflicts or it could be related to caching issues. You could first try to clear the cache of your caching plugin (if installed) and also clear your browser cache and then reload the site in your browser.

    In case that doesn’t help, please disable your plugins and see if that solves your issue. If yes, you’ll just need to replace the plugin that was causing your issue.
