"My Great WordPress Blog" title change

My blog automatically sends to email addresses who have subscribed to this service (no clue what plug-in is in use… I can’t seem to find that information). When it does, however, it shows up as “My Great WordPress Blog” and from a [email protected] address.
~ First, how do I change the name to read something more appropriate for my site? I have changed both the “Site Title” and “Tagline” in the general settings, to no avail. It is still showing up “My Great WordPress Blog.” Help please!
~ Next, how do I get it to send from my real email address so it doesn’t show up in spam folders? Thank you very much!
