My “Gold Member” role is not allowing users to login

    We cannot for some reason allow for users to login to the site in order to make any orders……ANy known help is appreicated.

    Hi @jamessavino1

    Could you double-check that “Gold Member” role has “Read” capability under General tab of Role Editor? I don’t know any other reason why users could have any problems with login in.
